Pearl Chemicals International (PCI) are engaged with imports and indent sales of Chemicals, Intermediates, Raw materials and petrochemicals for Textile, Chemicals, Food and Beverages industries throughout the globe and has a good market skill at domestic and international, we are providing our services for said industries since 1995 and have a certified service provider (indenting agent). The firm is representing some of the international chemicals manufacturers throughout the globe.
PCI are also engaged in providing consultancy & engineering services in industrial water treatment for Cooling Towers, Steam Generation, RO Units, Chillers, Compressors & Effluent Water Treatment plants, and installation of new units for Textiles and Chemical industries, .
Technical Committee and Business Planning::
The extension of formal business planning to Technical Committee to review & check the offer samples / pre shipment samples is an important measure for quality assurance in chemical trade business. The aim is to align the work program with expressed business environment needs and trends and to allow prioritizing among different project, to identify the benefits expected from the availability of international standards, and to ensure adequate resources for projects throughout their development.

Duties of Parties::
First Party [Manufacturers / Supplier] :-
Submission of all invoices to second party (PCI).
All arrangements from receipt of order to its delivery up to destination.
Delivery of stores according to terms and conditions of the order.
First party will ensure to provide the material according to specification / sample.
First Party will take all the responsibilities of supply the goods under described in co operation agreement.
Second Party::
Pearl Chemicals International
Obtaining of 10,000MT guaranteed orders per month / bind period from their Buyers.
Submission of invoices to their Buyers.
Ensuring timely opening of LC in favor of the first party.
Assist in resolution of any disputes between Buyers and First Party.

PCI wants to make the joint venture for imports / Buy of Sulphur Lumps from selected origins on behalf of our valued clients on long term basis.
